Placement & Career Services Center Shipping
Employers and candidates desiring to ship materials for use in the placement center will be able to send directly to the General Services Contractor - Shepard Exposition Services. Items pre-paid will be delivered to employer table(s). Items for candidates, or those not fully paid should upon arrival contact the General Services Contractor Customer Service Desk in Gaylord Florida Exhibit Hall to make arrangements to pickup or have material delivered. Handling fee to be charged and collected from recipient by Contractor. Items pre-paid will be placed on employer table only if table Number is listed on package. Note: Employers must download Placement Shipping Form, fill out and fax to Shepard prior to shipping materials:
